Make yourself a round piece of fabric. I used a cup as my template. |
Sew around the outer edges. |
No need for perfection here. |
Then pull the string tight till it looks like this. Then tie to secure. |
Glue a round piece of felt on the back of the gathered fabric and use another round of felt to sandwich the bobby pin between. It will not stick on the bobby pin alone. |
Here is what it should look like. |
Glue a jewel or button in the middle of the fabric round. |
Ta DA! |
