I saw this on Pinterest and I just loved it.
Lucky for me today I saw a bundle of scrap fabric in the perfect Valentines colors.
All that you need is a wire hanger, wire cutters, scrap fabric, ribbon, twine and some tulle.
Shape wire and tie away.
Clip the bottom wire and hang with some twine.
Love it with my Valentine mantle!
